Product description:

Demulsifier GH 830 is a synergistic blend of ionic and non-ionic surfactants in water.

Applications:

GH830 destabilizes various water-in-oil emulsions. It has wide applications for purification of wastewater and effluent from industries including petrochemical, coal chemical, iron & steel, machinery processing, paper-making, printing, fiber & textile, dyeing, electroplating, pharmacy, food processing, tannery, landfill leachate treatment and many other industries.

Usage:

The dosages strongly depend on water type, the concentrations of impurities (resins, sediments etc.) and the process conditions (temperature, contact time and intensity of mixing). Therefore, the typical dosages can vary between 100 and 1000 ppm. The optimum dosage has to be determined by preliminary laboratory tests.

Note:

1. GH 830 is suitable for PH value between 5-12. The optimum PH range is 6-9.

2. It can be used in coordination with other chemicals (like PAC, PAM etc) in waters with high turbidity, high chroma, high COD and high salinity to achieve the best result.
