Poly Aluminum Ferric Chloride

Product description:

Poly aluminum ferric chloride is an inorganic polymer coagulant, which is hydrolyzed by the mixture of aluminum salt and ferrous iron. According to the principle of synergy, it’s a new type of high efficient coagulant made of Fe or Fe-based complexes and poly aluminum chloride mixture. This product combines the advantages of both aluminum salt and iron salt. The morphology of aluminum ions and ferrous ions are increased, thus the polymerization effect is greatly improved.

Product advantages and performance:

Ø The hydrolysis speed is fast and the hydration effect is weak.

Ø Easily soluble in water. The flocs formed are firm and tight. The settlement speed is fast.

Ø The effect is barely affected by water temperature, which can meet the requirement of shear force in the flow process.

Ø It can reduce the residual of free aluminum ions in water effectively.

Ø Small dosage, high performance, saving 10%-20% of costs than other coagulants.

Applications:

PAFC is widely used in water treatment and clarification of drinking water, municipal sewage, industrial water and wastewater, etc.

Usage:

As per different features of raw water, lab tests are preliminary to confirm the optimum dosage.

For industrial purpose, the dissolution proportion is solid/clear water =1/5. Then dilute the solution into 2%-3% aqueous solution ready to use.

Packing and Storage:

This product is packaged in woven bags, lined with non-toxic polythene bags. The net weight is 25kg per bag.

Store it in a ventilated and dry place.
